Wyyerd Fiber is looking for a direct sales trainer to work with its Senior Leaders designing, delivering, and optimizing existing structural educational programs for face-to-face, door-to-door B2C/B2B sales teams. This role will report directly to the SVP of Sales and be responsible for driving training results in each of the Wyyerd Fiber markets. This role will require overnight travel for approximately 25%-35% of the time. The successful candidate will onboard and train new hires, run live practice sessions, ride along in the field, field shadowing and coach teams on product value, positioning, competitive comparisons and objection handling to drive new customer growth.
