Job Summary:
As a remote virtual assistant, you'll provide administrative support to our team, managing tasks, projects, and communications. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and enabling our team to focus on their core responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence, calendar organization, and scheduling appointments
- Provide data entry, record-keeping, and document management support
- Conduct research, gather information, and summarize findings
- Handle phone calls, messages, and correspondence
- Maintain organized digital files and databases
- Support project management, including task assignment and tracking
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or administrative role
